For more than three decades, Sullivan Schoen Campane & Connon, LLC has been providing guidance on education, labor and employment law matters. Our firm has extensive experience counseling and representing state and local governmental agencies, public and private schools, associations, and private businesses.

Our attorneys represent clients in both state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. We have established an unparalleled body of favorable legal precedent on behalf of Connecticut school districts and other public sector employers. We also advocate for our clients before state agencies, boards, and commissions in all matters involving education, labor and employment law.

Members of the firm have negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements on behalf of school boards, municipalities and other public agencies under the Teacher Negotiation Act and the Municipal Employee Relations Act. Our attorneys counsel both public and private sector clients on a wide range of employment matters relating to hiring, supervision, and discipline, and provide management and employee training on a number of workplace issues, including sexual harassment and the ADA.

In addition to advising school board clients on labor and employment matters, we work with school districts in the areas of special education and Section 504, as well as on general education issues involving student discipline and residency.
