Since 1975, Sullivan, Schoen, Campane & Connon, LLC, has focused primarily on the employment, labor relations and education law needs of public sector clients. The firm has extensive experience in all areas of employment, labor relations and education law, including counseling and representation in litigation. Members of the firm have negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements on behalf of public agencies under the Teacher Negotiation Act and the Municipal Employee Relations Act. Furthermore, the firm has served as legal counsel for approximately one-third of the school boards in Connecticut. The firm has focused on defending litigation for its clients, and has been retained by numerous insurance companies to represent both public and private sector entities. The firm also represents the interests of private sector employers, along with being engaged in the general practice of law.
